It’s been so long since I’ve posted and I have lots to share as I’m working on some lovely new things but I’m keeping quiet for now, all very exciting though ☺️. In the meantime I really wanted to share with you these lovely photos from a project with @Elemis that I was delighted to provide the special calligraphy gift cards for. Each of these gorgeous gift boxes were sent out to celebrate the Elemis Spectacular Event before Christmas. Every card was personalised with a printed message on one side and gold calligraphy in a modern style on the other. Captured here by @shotbyphilippa and packed in their gift boxes by Elise @emypstudios

It was so lovely to be a part of this project, the boxes looked beautiful and the products were amazing.

You have fallen in love with the beautiful Italy, and have now picked the date, chose the venue and agreed on your budget, great......and now what?⁠

The first step of the big picture is the design part, putting together all the elements that will contribute to define your big day!⁠
⁠
Sounds fun, you can finally start planning and get creative!⁠
⁠
Its easy and simple to think about all the big decorations, the aperitive area, the dance floor etc, but what couples tends to forget (or not really think about) is the importance of the guest invitation.⁠
⁠
Have you ever though how important and useful this can be for your guests? in a bespoke invitation you can give some little hints of your wedding style plus, of course all the information needed from the wedding date and time, to the accomodation suggestions, to directions, to the programme of what will happen.⁠
⁠
For the particulare invitation in the picture , @fineartcalligraphy.co.uk and I decided to use Amalfi paper in honour of the venue, which of course was in the Amalfi Coast we used blue as this was the colour you could spot from their beach club, and we had a tile printed in one of the paper at the back, to recall the beautiful and colourful hotel floor.⁠

Part of this process is the brief from the person or team that I am working with and while I can’t take on as many as I would like what definitely helps to persuade me is the brief I receive and Amy’s @thetimelessstylist design brief is always so magical and evocative I just can’t say no!
